Ken has been hands on working in the construction industry for over 20 years, being self employed in the equipment brokerage side for the past 10 years. He has traveled extensively to the USA, Europe, and across Canada, both inspecting and purchasing equipment, giving him a very global insight. He has an extensive knowledge of the industry and stays current on the values caused by changing economic conditions.. Ken also has over 30 years experience in the auctioneering business.

Cindy is our expert in the hospitality industry. Having 20 years experience in the industry, owning and operating her own hotel as well as operations and management of other properties, Cindy has an extensive knowledge of the equipment used in the hospitality industry.
We are a recognized CPPA Appraisal firm capable of conducting appraisals compliant with the new IFRS standards governing public companies. We are bound by the Code of Ethics and Industry Standards of CPPAG and commit to you to provide a professional, unbiased, confidential and comprehensive report.
